A few things about me...
I have lived for more than 30 years abroad, including 13 years in Hong Kong.
Curiosity and openness to change are deeply rooted in my personality.
I started my career after graduating from HEC - #1French School of Management - and had various positions in the marketing industry of leading multionational firms (L’oreal, Nestle). I had extensive multicultural professional and personal exposure in Japan, Singapore, UK and Hong Kong.
Becoming a coach as a second career was a natural move for me, matching my deep values: human growth, purpose in life, accomplishment.
The challenges I had to face in my life led me to develop resilience and I guess this helps me today to step back and get a fresh perspective when facing new situations.
I believe that real success starts where fulfillment begins.
Today my desire is to help people to create the conditions for meaningful and sustainable success, and well-being.
Certified ICF PCC coach, I have over 700 hours of practice in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Career Transition. My culturally diverse experience brings me to coach a wide variety of international clients, from C-suite in USA to young entrepreneurs in Europe or career switch movers in Asia.
I believe that our strength lies in our diversity and authenticity.

My Style
My friends say I am an open minded and empathetic listener, and an organized solution-driver. My clients say I have a natural and focused presence, and a simple way of asking questions. Maybe this is a result of my international experience, as well as some personal resilience I have developed throughout my life. My style is direct and I bring energy in each session. My wish is to give each person space to reflect, create awareness and generate insights to move forward in a meaningful way.
My Beliefs
I believe that we feel fullfilled in our life when our three brains are aligned: our mind, our heart, and our gut.
Emotional awareness helps us to get insights about what really matters in our professional and personal life, and take impactful decisions. I am convinced that everyone has the agility to change and reach one's goals, combining new perspectives and practical actions.
Nothing and nobody is unchangeable, everything and everyone can evolve.
